Our president, Jessica Levitt, will give us an introduction
to the principles of color theory and how they apply to modern
quilting. This is a hands-on lecture where you will learn to use color
as a tool in your quilt designing process. Online tools will be
discussed and there will be hands-on practicing with actual fabrics.
There is no sewing during this class, and you don't need to bring
anything with you, however if you have a particular fabric or pattern
that you are finding difficult to work with, you may bring it to discuss
briefly at the end of class. This event is open to members of CJMQG
and their is no fee for paid members.
